Hi Robert,
It wouldnt appear in 0.39 or 0.40 as its a new dialog. It got
introduced pretty late in the 0.41 dev cycle. Those extensions allow
you to use some formats by using external programs to translate them
into svg, if you'd tried using them in older versions, they either
wouldnt have worked or just wouldnt have been loaded at all, this
simply notifys you that their not available, and why.
The messages mean that the apps needed to do the conversions havent
been found on your system, but unless theres an external format there
you need to read, it really doesnt matter for you.
