I see you're using Mandrake. If you open the Mandrake Control Center and
go to the software-section->install software and then search on xine,
you can install it.
However, to play back encrypted dvd's, you'll need to first add a new
resource (a place to download packages/software) from.
I suggest to people using Mandrake, to first go to
"http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/". Go to through the steps detailed there and
you'll get a lot of packages ready to install with a phew clicks
normally. It also includes plf-mirrors. these are the places where you
can download the xine with encrypted-dvd-playback (and windows-codecs) from.
