The code itterates through the Network Interfaces in the order
they occur in the Windows Registry. Matching the first one
that it finds that partially matches. The only improvement to
this code would be to:
1) Read all the interfaces of the registry, order them, then
do the partial match.
2) Store all partial matches, instead of going with the first
one, then iterate all partial matches for an exact match, if
not exact match can be found, then go with the first one.
