Our users here often use the (relatively dangerous) Xvnc-Server
on 'localhost/unix-socket' in the Solaris-Machine, then connect
via ssh and Tunnel to it.
I seem to remember, that the protocol the VNC-server/viewer
use also reduces bandwidth, compared to direct X11-Connections.
Is there a big difference between 'RDP' and 'VNC via compressing
ssh' connection? (just being curious, because I too have an
old modem at home :-)
