The binary-distribution.sh script is a (crude) tool for creating the
kinds of binary tarballs that I occasionally put up -- what I am
likely to put up this time for the now-runs-on-OpenBSD-again code.
Sometimes people create binaries in other arrangements, like RPMs or
BSD-style packages; there's no built-in for that.
