The semantic support for java mode is against "java-mode", the symbol.
If jsp-mode runs java-mode-hooks, then half support will be
installed, and I don't know what will happen.
David added lots of stuff with inherited modes with our mechanisms
so hopefully he will have a notion on how to fix it.
For C vs C++ which uses the same parser, both languages were
installed the same way individually.
