I idly nominated Rosegarden for a Linux User & Developer award in the "best
open source project" category without realising the amount of work that I
have to do to fill in loads of forms and get some "customer" testimonial or
reference from users. These are supposed to be scanned letters but I just
got a call from LU&D and they say they'll probably take emails too now I
think. The deadline is tomorrow night.
So would anyone like to send me a testamonial of what they think of using
Rosegarden and why they think it might be eligible for this award? It's a
horrible bit of self promotion I know but it's the kind of thing you have to
do I s'pose.. It would also be good if you gave us permission to put your
testimonials on our webpage too maybe?
Anyway, many thanks in advance if and you can send anything directly to me
(abuse included) rather than to the list this will probably avoid
embarassment all round.
