I have corrected the problem after 10-15 minutes I sent the message, and I
could not send the solution yesterday, did have no time, sorry about that.
The problem will be corrected on FreeBSD after first using the solution on
Tomas's page about "Turkish strings are displayed in plain Latin symbols",
and also changing the locale variable as,
$languages['tr_TR.ISO8859-9']['LOCALE'] = 'tr_TR.ISO8859-9';
Note that, like the variable name, there is no hyphen between ISO and 8859
in the variable value.

Some people complained why LOCALE variable is not set in all translations.
I have set it for all.
Currently I don't have FreeBSD system for testing. Please name the LOCALE
string that works. If it does not work at all, I'll disable it and try to
install FreeBSD myself.
