Are you using ROX-Session? If so you need to copy some global files tou
you local ~/Choices/ROX-Session directory. This should include you panel
and pinboard. Rox will then load your personal settings from there. You
could also install a personal version of ROX-Session in you home/Choices
directory if desired. The files in the /usr/apps/ROX-Session are global
to all users.
