Another option is to update your UML's /etc/inittab to shutdown (vs. =
reboot) on a ctrl-alt-delete (e.g. ca::ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t3 -h =
now). Then send the UML instance a cad signal. Then it'll actually go =
through an 'init' controlled shutdown.
