fixed a bug in ezimage:

Eric, now i have found the bug and have already fixed it:
In the function ezimage-image-over-string the string should be returned at the end regardless of the value of ezimage-use-images:
(defun ezimage-image-over-string (string &optional alist)
) ;; end of when
So when images are not supported or when no image is found at least the text-characters are returned.
