OProfile

I have generated a patch for oprofile 0.5.4 that checks that the sample 
files are nonzero in length and ignores the empty files in the op_time 
and oprofpp. Is this a reasonable approach? Okay to check in? -Will

  		op_file_readable_nonempty declare.
	pp/op_time.cpp:
	pp/oprofpp.cpp: Use op_file_readable_nonempty().
	pp/derive_files.cpp: Ignore zero size sample files.
