Hi all,

  To help semantic be a better GNU project, I added an AUTHORS file.
Please make sure I picked out the right email address for you, or
that I didn't erroneously forget about you.

  I also updated the Project.ede file.

  Also, I still have erlang.tar sitting on my PC which was sent to me
a while back.  It uses the semantic 1.4 .bnf file notation.  I checked
them in mostly unchanged into the bovine directory.  David, if you
want to put them into semantic 1.4.3, that is ok by me.

  For semantic 2.0, I left them out of the project file pending
translation to new APIs, such as the lexer and others.  If anyone on
the list knows erlang, a test file would be helpful.
