Don't get me wrong, I am not saying it shouldn't.
This question has come up before.
It's just that in the UK, DSL is unmetered (normally), so it is not a
feature that is high on the list of wants.
I see no reason, why it shouldn't work, but IPCop is not designed to be
run that way.
If you can solve the problem, I am sure the developers would love to
have any code you can offer...
