I'm confused......again.
I prefer to navigate with my keyboard.  When I open a filer window
(using small icons) sometimes when I press the "down" arrow the cursor
will simply go down the list of files.  Meaning on screen it will move across a
row then jump to the next row and so on.  But sometimes I can use the
"down" arrow to skip directly to the next row without having to scroll
across the current row first.  I much prefer this method, much faster.
What controls this behavior?  My preference would be some vi-style
keybindings (H,J,K,L) and consistent behavior.
