COGRE is still a bit young, but you can use `cogre-uml-quick-class' to
make a small diagram. You need Semantic and semanticdb active, to do
it.
I wouldn't call it useful yet, and you may be suffering from
incompatibilities with older versions of Emacs. (COGRE is developed
under Emacs 21, and needs some help from users of other Emacsen.)
