Thanks for pointing that out, I hadn't realized.
The changes should be in sbcl-0.6.12.45 now, along with some other
changes made since the screwed-up checkin. I no longer have the
version that I'd originally intended to be checked in as
sbcl-0.6.12.44. I don't remember what response I got back from CVS,
but it made me think the checkin had worked, so I went back to making
changes in the checed-in directory.
