SquirrelMail

Looks like SquirrelMail now require at least PHP4.0b4 (see the message
"errror message" on squirrelmail-list). The reason is the function
session_set_cookie_params() in src/webmail.php. According to
http://www.php.net/manual/function.session-set-cookie-params.php this
function appeared in PHP in version 4.0b4.

We should porbably update the docs in CVS that say 4.0b2, and maybe add a
shaort list at the beginning of the INSTALL file that say what external
software (with version numbers) SM depend on. At the moment, it can be a
bit hard to see what PHP4 version you need.
