I believe this RPM is based on a very old beta release with a number of
known bugs. The usual advice, if 3.2 functionality is required, is to
go with one of the newer beta snapshots (b4) rather than the b3 beta
release. If 3.2 functionality is not required, 3.1.6 is definitely the
way to go; this is the only version recommended for production. If you
are stuck with the version currently installed, all I can suggest is to
deleted the databases, reindex, and see if that makes any difference.

There is an htdump utility that dumps the databases into a textual
format. You might try that and then search through the resulting files.
