It's not so much that I don't want the documentation, as I was curious
as to how much smaller "Slightly smaller core" was. From the new (and
improved) INSTALL file:

which is applied to the default *FEATURES* set and which returns the
new *FEATURES* set, e.g.

So I thought I'd give it a whirl that way, and see what happened.
