Only ffdshow DirectShow interface is configured during installation. For VFW
part almost no codec is enabled by default. This is because VFW codecs can't
implement something like merits in DirectShow which would tell the system which
codec should be loaded first if more of one installed support the same FOURCC.
And because I don't want to suppress other codecs without possibility to
actually configure that, I disabled almost all codecs in ffdshow VFW interface.
A solution would be to another page in the installer to configure supported
codecs for ffdshow VFW interface.
