use some other security libraries that block program execution in
/var/www/webmail2/po/ directory or compilepo does not have exec flag.
Try running
msgfmt -o /var/www/webmail2/locale/hu_HU/LC_MESSAGES/squirrelmail.mo \
-v -c /var/www/webmail2/locale/hu_HU/LC_MESSAGES/squirrelmail.po
Please note that you must restart Apache (or any other used webserver)
service, if you recompile squirrelmail.mo files with msgfmt.
