Usually, I update packages in the oi-sfe repository on an incremental
basis. Also, oi-sfe doesn't build its gcc from SFEgcc.spec, but using
the spec OI-SFEgcc.spec derived from SFEgcc.spec before Thomas made his
changes to how gcc's runtime libraries are found. It avoids using those
changes by simply placing symlinks to gcc's libraries in /usr/lib.
