This issue has been solved and although I'd be glad to forward a message to
you, I don't think it is necessary to take up any more of your nor the
groups valuable time.
I found that in newly created users, the HTML was viewable. I didn't know
but it appears that the individual user settings trump the system settings.
Once I changed the individual user settings to agree with the system
settings, everything started working the way it was supposed to.

Do you see this for all messages with HTML bodies, or just some? If it is
only some messages, the cause may be some mail format that Usermin cannot
If possible, could you forward one of these emails to me at
jcameron@... , with all the headers? Then I can see if it can be
re-produced and thus resolved.
