I'm sorry to bring bad news but there's currently no support for integrating 
external control surfaces in MusE. It'd be a great addition though.

bummer. I wonder what would it take? are the mixer controllers out there
standard midi? or some other proprietory format?  It seems that if it is
midi, there should not be too much a problem...  Another (not as good)
way might be to use a touch screen as a controller!
