Select one of the parents in the "Person" mode (one person icon),then
select the "Relationships" display mode (the two person icon) from the
Above the spouse, there is a line reading Family: Fxxxx followed by two
icons; A pencil and paper, and a minus sign. Click on the pencil and
paper (edit). A window opens, which should, hopefully have several
tabs, and the foremost one being Children. To the right of that, click
on the plus sign, and enter the relevant child's details.

There's also a source tab in the window opened above. Also, there are
Source tabs available in various other places. The easiest way to find
them is to click on things and see what happens. This shouldn't be
detrimental, since you've obviously (a family called PRACTISE was a big
clue ;-) created a practise database, to avoid damaging your real
