It seems to work for me. Maybe what you mean is that the People View=20
does not change the order of Last name/First name. But this is intentional,
since people agre grouped into the tree nodes by their last name.
In most other places, the name does reflect the selection made in the Prefs.
E.g. open Edit Person dialog and look at it's title -- it should reflect

Yeah, it's a known bug -- the tab where the active person is does not get
removed. I'm not sure this would be fixed with 1.0.1, but either way
it does not require changes in translatable strings, so it could=20
be an independent process.=20

Ugh, I see. This seems to me similar to the main bug we're correcting.
