Cream (for Vim)

Rename the example cream-conf file and uncomment this line:

  let g:cream_behave_warn = 0

Perhaps a pointer to this tip in the warning dialog box is warranted,
given the irritation this causes users who trip on it?  Or perhaps a
"don't show me this warning again" checkbox (and save state in .cream).

Oh, that a checkbox were possible. But I did note the cream-conf
method in the warning.

Where did you note this?  I don't see anything in CVS*, and in 0.33.1
the note reads:

        Note:
        
        Use of the Cream Lite behavior option will change editing to 
        use Vim style key mappings. All other Cream customizations 
        will stay in effect until restarting Vim. 
        
        Continue?
