Most of my ideas are all related to building and making is more simplier
and providing tutorials and stuff. I'm almost done on a gaim.m4 which
adds a AM_PATH_GAIM to find gaim and do all the autotools magic.
I know when I started guifications, that I was literally hacking my way
through autotools. So, if we can make that easier we may find more
plugins popping up that don't require building in tree. Now, I don't
want to turn this into an autotools howto, but more of a how to use
autotools with gaim.
Also, the C plugin how to I wrote awhile back needs a LOT of help. And
I was thinking of moving that along with the autotools stuff into a
docbook format so it can cover more. We could even add an .spec
and .apspec to help those that want start making rpms or packages as
I know I had more, but I can't remember at the moment. Anyways, expect
the gaim.m4 from me shortly. It just needs some finishing touches and
should be good to go.
