No - whether or not an exception was provided to the error page seemed
to be pretty arbitrary (although I'm sure it isn't). It would occur if
another servlet manually forwarded to the error page (rather than
letting the container pick up the exception) I suppose.
The full trace will be in the dspace.log though.
