I've been trying for 4 hours and getting nowhere.

You should check out some of the suggestions on the FAQ section of the NMS website regarding "Internal Server Error", if none of these suggestions work then you will need to get access to the error log from the server as this will have more detail as to what actually caused the error - your ISP should be able to help you with this. /J\ -- This e-mail is sponsored by http://www.integration-house.com/
