Webmin

The port 389 is a restricted port. You need to be sure that you don=B4t have=
=20
any firewall installed on your machine or you must open that port on your=20
firewall rules to allow the packets transmits over it. You need to have=20
root privileges to do that.

You need to be able to connect via ldap client (command line) to be able
to test it first.

can you connect via ldapsearch command?
