Typing make failed with multiple errors. How are we the only ones to
have seen this problem?

The overlines are cool and I did find the
semantic-show-tag-boundaries-mode function to toggle them, but my
question, and this might be more clear when you get a chance to see the
screenshot, is the _underlines_. I mean every single word was
underlined. I was definitely in change-log-mode, but when the file
first loads it was in emacs-lisp mode because it didnt' recognize the
Changelog file. After manually switching to change-log-mode the
underlines remained. I couldn't get rid of them. However, if I add
ChangeLog to my auto-mode-alist so it goes into change-log-mode right
away, no underlines and nice change-log-mode.
My guess is that it was in emacs-lisp mode and didn't recognize anything
so it was pointing out syntax errors, which was everything. But they
didn't go away when I changed modes.
