Does not seem to be right. I tried both under 0.8.3.83+ and 0.7.8, the
results were the same: when the function is loaded from .lisp,
DESCRIBE prints its source form, when it is loaded from .fasl --
filename. For a function compiled interactively with ILISP 0.8.3.83+
always shows source form.
