There isn't really such a thing. There's bits and pieces around -- in
the end, "CMS" is a hard thing to define anyway, though if you're
thinking of Plone-like functionality, that's a bit easier to define.
Deepak Giridharagopal <deepak@...> had mentioned a CMS he
had written, which he was trying to get released. It involved a Webware
backend, publishing to static files (which of course means good
performance, not to mention high reliability for reads).
