Added to the TODO list (been meaning to do this for a while). Some
versions of GTK get very confused if windows move about during a drag,

Don't know about metacity, but most WMs will let you keep certain types of
window on top. Saveboxes (including Copy) are marked with the 'Savebox'
class, so you could get your WM to match just those, or you could set it
for all dialogs (that might get a bit annoying, though).
