Uhm... Your path names make me suspicious, what version of MSYS are you
using? Does using the 1.0.11 snapshot help?

Are you using the MSYS versions of make and cp???
Anyway, seedtool doesn't exist, seedtool.exe does. MSYS's cp would copy
seedtool.exe to the specified target but would have named it without the
