It's a known issue now ;-) I haven't done testing with grid or form manager.
Pack and place have been working. I'll see what the problem is and let you
know what I find.

Validation is definitely lacking right now. Guido will definitely let you
set up plenty of invalid configurations that won't collate working code. I
suppose we should just log this as a general bug for now.
If you want to, you can log the bugs yourself to provide more detail, or I
can take what you've given here and create the bug entries.
