I know nothing about colinux's intrinsics, but using debian i've seen
this problem, it happens when a quite outdated version is requested to
be brought up-to-date throught apt-get.
If I recall it correctly, doing something like:
apt-get update ; apt-get -o 'APT::Force-LoopBreak=true' dist-upgrade
... will solve your problem. Try it. I hope I remembered the syntax
correctly, but in case I'm wrong ty to google for "e2fsprogs +apt-get
+problem" (without the quotes); That should find something more
