Certainly, any contributions are helpful. The DICF format is not set is
stone, and any working examples of how to format dictionary databases are
likely to be considerably influential.
I'm not familiar with cost. If you find a URL, please post it. Is cost
freely redistributable software? Is your software freely redistributable?
