Hello. Audacity has a noise removal function which will get rid of
the background hiss, however it won't do much for pops and clicks.
The only free program I know of which removes pops and clicks, as
you'd find on an old 78, is called Gramofile. Unfortunately it's
not very easy to install and use, and we can't provide you with
support for that.
Let us know if you need any help with Audacity once you are able
to download it.
