Kathrin, this mailing list is only intended to provide moderate
support in implementing NMS programs/scripts. We expect that you'll
bring a certain amount of knowledge to the table. I don't mean that in
a rude way, just a practical one. The developers put together some
pretty fine documentation, which sometimes requires more than one
reading, depending on your level of experience. Also, I should point
out that the people on this list are simply volunteers for the NMS
Project. Most of us have full-time commitments elsewhere.
That said, we are willing to go the extra mile, provided you do the same.
Did you build your website? Do you know HTML? Do you know how to edit
files and copy them to the web server? If you answered yes to at least
the last two questions, then you should be able to implement NMS
FormMail on your site. (By the way, you never actually stated which
NMS program you are using. I'm guessing it's FormMail. I can't even
tell from your HTML code, because you're calling newmailsc.pl, which
is not the name of any of our programs.)
Did you actually do the work up to this point, or are you picking up
the pieces from someone else? If you did it, then you are close, and
you just need to re-read the docs and take it slowly. Trust me.
I'm pretty busy for the next 24-48 hours, but I'll check back with you
after that time. See what you can do in the meantime. If you can't do
anything, then you might need to look locally for a web developer to
help you along.
