I think we are ready for 0.9.11.
What I have done is:
-Added an ote in the SS config page to reference the docs for qstat config
info. Translations need to be updated
-Added to NEWS that there are no support for Serious Sam masters right now
-Added NEWS text to Docs in a Change Log section
-Added map checking to the docs
Once the translations are done, I can create the next release.

Scanning for q3 maps causes disk activity and takes a fair amount of
time so I thought it might be a way to tell the user what xqf is
doing until we have a splash screen.
