[Xqf-developer] XQF spec File

Hey all.

I finally added xqf.spec.in to cvs and updated configure.in and Makefile.am 
to reflect this addition. Once you run ./autogen; ./configure it will create 
the xqf.spec file with the current xqf version in it.

Feedback welcome.

Current cvs xqf is having problems with qstat version detection.
I'm using current debian qstat 2.4e (executable is "quakestat"), and configuring xqf --with-qstat="quakestat".

It pops up a window complaining about xqf needing qstat 2.4e. But works once that annoyance is dismissed.

If run from a terminal, I get a couple of lines of error messages, one of which has a typo ("din't"):

debug(0): start_prog_and_return_fd -- failed to exec qstat: No such file or directory
debug(0): check_qstat_version -- din't read anything

Does that renaming have any deeper sense? Anyways it was a bug and I
use the preprocessor macro now.

When I took over qstat, it was like this already.

xqf (0.8.5-2.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Refer to the qstat binary as quakestat, and conflict with versions of
    the qstat package released before this change was in place.
