Really nice and useful tool. The only vaguely comparable tool I ever
used was folderSizes which is nowhere near as good as WinDirStat.
I also came up with a potentially useful tool for it - in the tree view
(Great feature) it would be nice to be able to lasso a region of
clustered similar files. This would allow you to see the amount of disk
space taken up by a group of files. In the case of Symantec Virus
definitions they are, individually, tiny (15MB). However two updates
worth (2 weeks data) of them was 7.08GB on my HDD. I only noticed once
I used WinDirStat. Would be really nice to be able to then lasso them
see the full size and delete the lot right there.
Thanks again for such a great utility.
