Several people have talked about it, I don't know if any of them
actually put it all together. Last time I looked, which was a while
ago, ZPT was easy to extract and use separate from Zope. I believe
TALES is the expressions inside the tags, which of course is closely
tied to Zope.
PS: it's Webware, not WebWare.
