I have tried a number of times to download the latest release candidate without
success.  Any alternatives?
p.s. Chuck - I love what I'm seeing so far - WK et.al. is going to be awesome.

SourceForge FTP doesn't seem very reliable. Sometimes I can access it from 
any platform but Windows. I don't have such problems with other FTP sites.

I thought someone mirrored this, but I don't remember who/were.

If you like, I could drop it in e-mail, but it's 421KB plus fat for encoding.

I put up a copy of rc2 when somebody previously had a problem downloading.
I've just updated it.

This came up in earlier discussions. Just wanted to point out that I 
benchmarked 10 vs. 100 in MiddleKit's new TestThreads.py. The improvement 
when going from 10 to 100 averaged 57%.

Of course, the results are strong because the test places heavy emphasis on 
threads, but it's still an interesting number.

I didn't bother with higher numbers as we saw almost no improvement in 
earlier tests.

I forgot to mention: I don't have access to MSSQL so the MSSQLStore is now 
broken. MySQL works fine.

If anyone wants to take a crack at that, feel free. I can answer any questions.

[Webware-discuss] cvs update: MK cursors+threads

MK had some issues where multiple threads caused problems with DB API 
cursors. This was MK's fault.

I created a new TestThreads.py to detect the problem, then fixed it and 
reran all tests.

Unless you implement "database adapters", there are no API changes of 
interest. However, you should find this new version more reliable in a 
threaded environment.

I know I'll sleep easier now.  :-)
