Note that in the CVS version of WebWare, on Windows NT or 2000, you can already
run WebKit as a Service using ThreadedAppServerService.py. This lets you stop
and start it from the Control Panel or any other method for controlling
services. Obviously this only works on NT, but looking at
ThreadedAppServerService.py might give you some idea how to write similar
functionality for other platforms.
