Webware for Python

I upgraded to Py 2.0b2 (on Windows) and tested WebKit. No problems. 
(Remember 0.4 had a couple API issues like bind() and connect()).

In Application.__init__, moved the creation of sessions to come after 
contexts, since context initialization code might be necessary for 
unarchiving sessions. Also moved the creation of contexts after servlet 
factories, in case contexts need to access them.

This last change works me. Let me know if it works for you.

Actually, I've been working with Python from CVS for quite awhile now, and as
of the latest Webware CVS and latest Python 2.0 CVS, I've encountered no
problems whatsoever.
