We're using the ILS switch for Your Account. It was working fine until
something unknown changed. Now, when I'm logged in I can see Holds and
Recalls, Fines, Profile - all pulled from our Voyager ILS with no
problem. But, when I click Checked Out Item I see:
An error has occurred
php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known
Does this behavior represent some known problem or issue, or, where
should I begin looking to correct this?
